Yoga Nidra — the "yogic sleep" — is a state of conscious rest that places the body into deep stillness while the mind remains aware. In this threshold between waking and sleep, the subconscious becomes accessible in a way that neither meditation nor sleep alone can reach.

At Rahgvik, Yoga Nidra is offered as a restorative healing practice — not a generic relaxation script. Sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and post-trauma integration.
