Not built from a plan.
Built from recognition.

People saw something in Sirisha before she had a practice. This is what grew from that.

How This Began

Rahgvik Holistics was not launched with a marketing strategy or a five-year plan. It began with something quieter: people kept telling Sirisha she had a gift for healing. Not as a compliment — as an observation. They noticed something in the way she listened, in the clarity of what she could see in a person's patterns, in the results that followed.

That recognition created a kind of inner happiness she had not expected. And it pointed her toward Ayurveda — a science she found extraordinary not because it was ancient, but because of its depth. It had answers she had not seen anywhere else — not just for specific symptoms, but for the full range of what it means to be a human body navigating a human life.

As she studied — formally, through the California College of Ayurveda, and continuously since — her passion grew in proportion to the results she was seeing. The healing was real and it lasted. Clients came back not because they needed to, but because they wanted to.

She named it Rahgvik from rah (path) and gvik (vitality). A path toward vitality that belongs to no one else but you.

Every person who healed came back — not because they had to, but because something in them had quietly changed.

The Difference

What Ayurveda Does That Most Wellness Does Not

Most wellness approaches address what you have. Ayurveda addresses who you are. That distinction changes everything. Read the full Guide to Ayurveda →

Most Wellness Programs
Rahgvik & Ayurveda
Treat symptoms as the problem
Treat symptoms as signals — find the root
Same protocol for everyone with your condition
Different protocol for every constitution, even with identical symptoms
Results that require you to stay on the program forever
Results that hold because they address what caused the imbalance
Separate specialists for body, mind, gut, hormones
One framework that understands body, mind, and environment as a single system
Wellness advice that ignores your emotional life
Mind-body practices built into every plan — because emotional patterns drive physical ones
Honest About Fit

Who This Is Not For

We would rather be honest upfront. Ayurveda is not for everyone in every moment — and Rahgvik specifically is not right for you if:

  • You want a quick fix or a supplement that does the work for you
  • You are unwilling to make any changes to how you eat or move through your day
  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do without understanding why
  • You are looking to replace active medical treatment for a serious condition
  • You want results in two weeks and are not open to a longer arc of change
Who Thrives Here

Who This Is For

Rahgvik works best for people who are genuinely ready to understand their own body:

  • You have tried conventional approaches and still feel like something is missing
  • You sense that your symptoms are connected to your stress, sleep, or emotional state — and you want to address that
  • You are willing to participate — not just receive a plan, but engage with it
  • You want results that last because they are built on understanding, not dependency
  • You are drawn to an approach that sees you as a whole person, not a collection of complaints

“The Ayurvedic self-care ritual transformed my day-to-day. Simple practices keep me calm and balanced, while the herbs and teas have boosted my digestion. Beyond the physical benefits, I feel a true sense of inner peace. Sirisha listens deeply and tailors everything specifically to you — nothing feels generic. I have recommended her to everyone I know who has struggled and not found answers.”

“We had been trying to conceive for two years. Sirisha’s Ayurvedic approach to fertility was unlike anything our doctors had suggested — grounding, nourishing, and deeply personal. Three months into her program, we are now expecting. I cannot overstate what that means to us.”

“After my mother passed, my body fell apart. Weight gain, insomnia, no appetite. Sirisha addressed the grief as much as the physical symptoms. I did not expect Ayurveda to help with loss. It held space for all of it — and I came through it feeling more rooted than I have in years.”

“As an entrepreneur I had normalized running on adrenaline. Sirisha showed me what was actually happening in my system and gave me a daily rhythm that let me stay high-functioning without burning out. That balance has held for eight months now — through some of the hardest business periods I have had.”

Common Questions

These answer the deeper questions about the practice itself. For pricing, booking, and session logistics, see the Pricing page.

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of medicine from India built on a single foundational insight: every person has a unique constitutional type (prakriti) that determines how their body and mind function optimally. Rather than applying universal protocols, Ayurveda asks what is true for you specifically — your digestion, your sleep patterns, your emotional tendencies, your season of life — and builds recommendations from that. This is why results from Ayurvedic care tend to last: they are aligned with your actual nature, not a generic standard.
Yes — and this is important. Ayurveda at Rahgvik is designed to complement your existing medical treatment, not replace it. Sirisha works alongside your doctor's care, never asks you to stop prescribed medications, and focuses on the lifestyle, nutritional, and mind-body dimensions that conventional medicine often cannot address in a short appointment. The two approaches together are almost always more effective than either alone.
A nutritionist typically focuses on diet. A naturopath works with multiple modalities but usually within a Western functional framework. An Ayurvedic practitioner works from a single, integrated system that includes nutrition, daily routine (dinacharya), herbal medicine, mind-body practices, and seasonal living — all designed specifically around your constitutional type. The lens is fundamentally different: the question is not “what should everyone eat for gut health” but “what does your specific constitution need right now, in this season, at this point in your life.”
Doshas are the three fundamental energies in Ayurveda — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — that govern how your body and mind work. Everyone has all three; what varies is the proportion. You do not need to know your dosha before your first session — assessing it is one of the first things Sirisha does. If you are curious, you can take the free Dosha Quiz beforehand, though Sirisha’s in-depth assessment will go much deeper than a quiz can.
No. Ayurvedic nutrition is not about restriction — it is about alignment. The goal is to understand which foods support your constitution and which ones create unnecessary friction, then make gradual adjustments that fit your real life. Most clients find the changes feel intuitive once they understand the reasoning. Sirisha never gives you a rigid meal plan and tells you to follow it; she teaches you to understand your own body well enough to make good choices naturally.
This is one of Ayurveda’s deepest strengths. The system has always understood the body and mind as inseparable — which is why physical symptoms are often rooted in emotional patterns and vice versa. Guided visualizations, breathing practices (pranayama), and lifestyle design are not add-ons at Rahgvik; they are core to every program. Sirisha also draws on neuropsychological understanding to address stress, grief, anxiety, and burnout at the root level, not just the surface.
When practiced properly and tailored to the individual, Ayurveda is extremely safe. The herbs Sirisha recommends are constitution-specific, sourced for quality, and adjusted as your health evolves — you will never receive a generic supplement list. She also monitors how your body responds and adjusts accordingly. If you have a specific concern about an herb interacting with a medication, Sirisha will address it directly.
Most clients notice meaningful shifts within 4–6 weeks — improved digestion, better sleep, more consistent energy. Deeper change — hormonal regulation, sustained emotional steadiness, structural improvements in chronic conditions — typically becomes clear by month 3. Ayurveda is not slow; it is working at a level most approaches don’t reach. The results hold because the underlying imbalance has been addressed, not just suppressed.
